We started Share Science with a mission to improve the way students process and understand the world around them. This mission resonated with our founders in different ways, but the resulting drive is the same, to inspire students of all generations with the wonder and power of science. Steven, Founder
Steven is a technical expert who has developed a strong foundation in science through graduate studies at UC Berkeley. Honed through stints designing products at Apple and Tesla, this experience has informed his ability to create captivating content that fosters learning and critical thinking in developing minds. Drawing upon his scientific background and innovative engineering mindset, he has crafted a unique approach to engage audiences, making complex concepts accessible and intriguing. Steven has become an advocate for promoting education and analytical thought, enriching minds through thought-provoking content that resonates across disciplines.
Jessica, Founder
Jessica has a strong background in performance arts who has developed a passion for teaching. She has molded her own educational landscape by generating a dynamic curriculum to harness the very best resources available. Her journey began as an early-development teacher, where she recognized the limitations of traditional curricula to fully engage students. Fuelled by a desire to cultivate critical thinking and holistic understanding, she embarked on a mission to curate a diverse range of materials – from open-access online resources to hands-on experiential activities – originally to augment her own family’s educational needs that she now brings to the larger mission of Share Science.
